For once ever, a man’s Facebook outburst about his ex-wife is entirely emotional. This Boston-based father, Billy Flynn Gadbois, determined to give his ex-wife a surprise on her birthday by presenting flowers to her and cards with his kids. “Per usual,” he says, “I was still asked why, despite everything, I get things done for her always. This disturbs me, So I’ll explain to you all.”
And, he continued to do as such.
“Today is my ex’s birthday, so I rose very early and brought cards and flowers including a present for the children to give her and help them make her breakfast.
“As usual,” he says, “I was still asked why, despite everything, I get things done for her always. This disturbs me, so I’ll explain to you all.”
I’m raising two little guys. The illustration I set for how I treat their mother is going to change their perception of how they see and treat ladies and influence their perception of relationships.
I think significantly more so for my situation because we are separated. So if that you aren’t showing great relationship behavior for your children, get your sh*t together.
Live it and be an example. This is greater than you.
Raise great men. Nurture strong ladies. It is good if you do. The world needs them, now like never before.”
Notwithstanding, Gadbois told indy100 that it wasn’t so simple.
“It didn’t work out quite well as we would have enjoyed in the initial period of our divorce. We needed to take the lumps and discover the things we need to discover along the way, that is without a doubt.
We had many things to get over on both sides to have the ability to set our own cr*p aside to concentrate on the children rather than our own particular outrage and disdained feelings. It is difficult; however, it is possible!
We’ve buckled down after some time to make our limits known and discover ways to deal with our dealings, so our issues are minimized or left at home when the children are involved.
It’s a continuous procedure however you can see a great difference in the joy and certainty and security of the lads since we began working at it.”
